Benefits for a Skilled Bench Joiner / Carpenter Competitive pay £15 – £18 per hour Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm Standard company pension scheme 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Work in a modern workshop environment Join a friendly, experienced team and develop your career Key Responsibilities as a Skilled Bench Joiner / Carpenter As a Bench Joiner / Carpenter, you’ll play a vital role in the workshop and on-site installations, handling: First, second, and third fix joinery Skilled installation of MFC furniture, bars, and bespoke joinery Managing or assisting with site installations Coordinating with subcontractors where necessary Ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards This role requires experience in furniture, kitchen, and solid surface projects, and a proactive approach to both workshop and on-site tasks.
