Production Operative People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy client based in Dukinfield, SK16 . This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to secure long-term work. Shifts • Night Shift • Monday to Thursday: 18:30 – 06:30 Rates of Pay • £12.81 per hour Benefits • Weekly pay • 3-day weekend every week • Full training provided • Opportunity for a permanent contract • On-site parking Day-to-Day Duties This is a physically demanding and hands-on position within a production environment. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the role can be dirty and warm, so candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial setting. • Operating and monitoring production machinery • Loading raw materials into machines • Removing finished products from production lines • Heavy lifting of materials and products (up to 25kg) • Trimming, inspecting, and quality checking finished goods • Bagging and milling products • Keeping work areas clean and safe at all times • Following strict health and safety procedures • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Essential Skills To be successful as a Production Operative, you will need: • To be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg regularly • Comfort working in a dirty and warm industrial environment • Excellent reliability and punctuality • A strong work ethic • Good communication skills • The ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently Desirable Experience • Previous production or manufacturing experience • Experience in heavy industrial or factory-based roles Training Provided • Full training provided • Ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today and a member of our team will be in touch.
