Job summary
DCS Recruitment currently seek a Senior Estimator (External Works & Hard Landscaping) to join their client's team. You will: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget. Lead and mentor junior estimators, supporting their development and improving overall team performance. Identify risks and opportunities within tenders. Introduce new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and business performance. The Successful Candidate Will Have: Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within external works and hard landscaping. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
