The Role We're looking for a skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties in Doncaster.You'll be ensuring tenants' homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained. ?? Key Duties Reactive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, radiator issues) Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance Installing taps, sinks, baths, showers & general plumbing components Basic multi-trade skills (advantageous) Providing excellent customer service to tenants Completing all works safely and to high standards �? What You'll Need Proven plumbing experience (social housing experience preferred) NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent (desirable) Strong fault-finding and repair skills Good communication and customer service Full UK Driving Licence ?? What You'll Get Competitive hourly rate / salary equivalent 37-hour working week Company van + fuel card ??? Friendly maintenance team Temporary role with opportunity to go permanent ??
