Job summary
Our client a successful independent car dealership and garage based near Market Deeping is looking to recruit a Valeter on a fulltime permanent basis working 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours) and 1 in 4 Saturdays. The role will incorporate valeting cars in the showroom and new cars when they are bought and sold by the business. This will include cleaning inside and out. You will also move stock from the showroom to the storage facility. You will also be involved in picking up vehicles from around the local area or further afield if required using a recovery vehicle and you will be fully trained on this as part of the role. A full UK driving license is required. No more than 6 points on the license. To be considered for this role you will ideally have a keen interest in cars as the role will develop in time and the company are prepared to train to become a mechanic or get involved in that side of the business but that will be in the future. The hourly rate is £12.70 to £13.10 depending on experience. 28 days holiday including banks and government pension scheme. Interviews to happen ASAP.
