About the Role We are seeking an experienced and solutions-driven Maintenance Engineer to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our facilities and technical infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence across both Front of House and Back of House environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all plant, equipment, and building systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. Maintain and test safety systems, including fire alarm systems, ensuring regulatory compliance. Inspect and service HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Coordinate external contractors and manage works within restricted operational timeframes. Ensure adherence to all health & safety legislation and company policies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
