Head of Finance – Residents & Housing Services (Maternity Cover) Wembley | 36 hours per week | Until April 2027 | £296.37 PAYE / £383.64 Ltd-Umbrella (daily) Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH An exceptional leadership opportunity in one of London’s most dynamic boroughs With major transformation programmes underway, there has never been a more exciting time to join out local authority client. We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance – Residents & Housing Services to play a pivotal role in leading financial strategy across one of our most high-profile and complex portfolios. About the Role As part of the senior management team, you will provide strategic financial leadership across: Housing General Fund Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Resident Experience portfolio Temporary Accommodation – one of the Council’s most significant and volatile budget areas You will work closely with: Elected Members Corporate Director of Resident Services Housing & Resident Experience Directors Senior leaders across the Council This role requires exceptional technical expertise, commercial judgement, and the confidence to influence decision-making across a broad strategic landscape.   You will also develop strong working relationships with key partners, registered providers, contractors, and sector bodies across housing, homelessness and customer services.
