Job role: Electrician Location: Various commercial and retail sites across Hemel Hempstead – Watford - Uxbridge - St Albans other areas when required Salary: basic £40k to 45kpa - based on 40hr week £50,000 – £60,000 achievable with overtime Overtime paid at time and a half / double time The Role: You will be responsible for covering reactive call outs on electrical basis for clients based in hospitality and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities: Responding and attending reactive repairs within SLA's and KPI's Logging all details of the job on hand held device applications for further action Work independently performing fault analysis and repair Communication with clients and colleagues providing technical support where required Supporting team and making sure all works are carried out safely and according to regulations Proactive approach to Health and Safety at all the times Requirements: Relevant qualifications NVQ level 3 or higher 18th Edition is essential Testing & Installing experience Ability to work at height Ideally be IPAF and MEWP trained and qualified, however not essential as training can be provided Full UK driving licence Strong communication and time-management skills Willing to work some weekends and overtime as required Working hours 40hrs per week + travel time. Out off hours availability required based on agreed duty engineer rota with a minimum requirement to be on call once per calendar month.
