As a key player in one of London’s most sought-after postcodes, you will be responsible for driving market share in a landscape that ranges from chic village apartments to sprawling premium estates. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Implement strategic business plans to increase market share and branch profitability. Lead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of negotiators to reach their full potential. High-Value Valuations: Conduct professional market appraisals and secure instructions for premium Wimbledon properties. Compliance & Excellence: Ensure the branch operates at the highest level of industry compliance (Propertymark/The Property Ombudsman). Brand Ambassador: Build and maintain strong relationships with local residents, landlords, and developers. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or a high-achieving Assistant Manager in a similar London market. Local Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Wimbledon property market (SW19/SW20) is highly desirable. Leadership: Proven track record of hitting KPIs and managing a successful sales or lettings team. Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual). Attitude: Ambitious, polished, and exceptionally customer-focused. Professional qualifications (NAEA/ARLA) are a significant advantage.
