Maintenance Operative - New Residential Development Location: West London, Ealing Salary: £35,000 Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm Join a brand-new, high-quality residential development, with resident amenities including gym, lounge and landscaped gardens. This is a hands-on, proactive maintenance role supporting the smooth running, safety and presentation of a modern residential development - ideal for someone with strong all-round maintenance skills who enjoys variety and ownership in their work. The Role Undertake day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance across the development Carry out routine checks and testing (fire alarms, emergency lighting, plant, etc.) Complete general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, decorating and minor fabric works Support contractors on site, including permits and RAMS oversight Maintain communal areas, plant spaces and external areas to high standards We're Looking For Proven experience in residential or hotel maintenance roles Good all-round skills across basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and decorating Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance routines Proactive, reliable and able to work independently PPM or building systems knowledge (advantageous) Benefits You'll Love Health Cashback Scheme, Group Life Insurance & Pension Career Progression & Annual Salary Reviews Gym & Retail Discounts Please apply immediately if interested and interviews will commence this week!
