Lead Mechanical Fitter/Engineer West London Area £50,000 Monday to Friday (Days) ( Include Pension,Death in Service,Employee wellbeing and others) We are currently recruiting for a Single site based Lead Plant Fitter/Engineer to join a well-established operation based in West London This is a key role within a busy site, where you will be responsible for ensuring all plant equipment is maintained to a high standard and operates efficiently. You will play an important part in both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support , as well as carrying out mechanical repairs to conveyors, pumps, bearings etc Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across plant equipment Attending breakdowns and minimising downtime on site Completing mechanical repairs Reporting plant defects accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring all equipment complies with quality and operational standards Following health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times Supporting additional maintenance tasks and projects as required Requirements: Qualified Mechanical Fitter (or time-served equivalent) Strong experience working on plant or heavy industrial machinery MIG or Stick Welding experience (Desirable) Be able to communicate at all levels Abel to follow H&S procedures i.e. lock off processes etc If this is of inertest to you please get in contact with Scott at
