Diagnostic Technician - Sutton Coldfield - Basic Salary - £39000 - OTE - £50,000 (Uncapped) - Extensive Benefits Package - Our client, an awarding winning National Dealer Group have the requirement for an experienced Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their busy franchised dealership in Sutton Coldfield. Our client offers you the following remuneration and benefits: Basic salary of up to £39,000 DOE Industry leading uncapped bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE of £50,000. Paid Overtime: Saturdays and additional hours are paid as overtime Manufacturer Training programme. As a Diagnostic Technician, your responsibilities will include: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on vehicles/equipment to manufacturer and safety standards Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to resolve issues accurately Ensure all work is completed efficiently, meeting productivity and turnaround targets Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics Warranty Repairs News Car PDI's and Used Car Multi Point Checks Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified) Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Essential Requirements: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance Manufacturer Accredited Diagnostic Technician qualification 2 years Diagnostic Technician Experience Full and Clean UK Driving Licence Own Tools Desirable Requirements: EV/Hybrid Accreditation MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) Salary, OTE & Working Hours: Basic salary of £36,000 - £39,000 depending on experience and qualifications Uncapped OTE of £50,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm Saturday mornings on a rota paid as overtime About Us: KPI People are Dealership Recruitment Experts offering our candidates the very best Temporary and Permanent opportunities with leading Dealer Groups, National Autocentres and Specialist Independent Garages across the UK.
