Multi-Skilled Carpenter Location: North London Rate: £29 per hour (Umbrella) Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across North London. This role requires a competent and versatile Carpenter with strong experience carrying out a wide range of joinery, repair, and maintenance works to a high standard within occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out repairs and maintenance to timber doors, frames, sash windows, and UPVC windows and doors Complete all aspects of carpentry and joinery works Measure accurately and submit detailed joinery orders for replacement items including box frames and timber doors Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to windows, doors, locks, and associated fittings Undertake associated multi-trade duties including basic plumbing, tiling, and making-good works Ensure all works are completed to a professional and high-quality standard Work safely and efficiently across occupied and unoccupied properties Maintain excellent attention to detail and customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in carpentry and joinery maintenance Strong experience repairing sash windows and UPVC windows and doors Ability to accurately measure and submit joinery requests/orders Competent carrying out basic plumbing and tiling works Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Experience working within social housing or maintenance environments is desirable If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated CV.
