This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist team supporting cutting-edge commissioning and testing operations across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical data centre environments. You'll work with advanced loadbanking equipment (full training provided), lead small installation teams, and be part of a fast-growing organisation that offers genuine progression and global exposure. The Role As an Electrical Team Leader, you will: Install, monitor, and dismantle temporary electrical systems for loadbanking operations. Lead a small team on-site, ensuring RAMs and installation plans are followed at all times. Work closely with project managers during high-profile, mission-critical projects. Carry out testing, inspection, and fault-finding tasks (independently when competent). Operate in live environments including data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings. Maintain the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism. What We're Looking For Essential: Level 3 Electrical Diploma (2365 or equivalent). NVQ Level 3 completed or nearing completion. AM2 achieved or booked. Strong experience with 3-phase industrial electrical systems. Full right to work in the UK. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Desirable ECS/CSCS card. Experience supervising or leading install teams. Background in data centres or critical environments. Additional qualifications such as 2391/2394/2395. Exposure to loadbanks or power testing environments (training available). What's on Offer £45,000-£55,000 base salary, depending on experience. Overtime, travel allowances, and expenses paid. Accommodation and meals provided when working away.
