Your new role Provide daily servicing of electrical infrastructure and carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response activities, and fault analysis within service level agreements. Perform fault finding, plant adjustments, checks, and inspections of plant, systems, and electrical services, completing maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications. Work safely and in accordance with Safe Systems of Work and contractual requirements. Assist with subcontractor inductions and ensure safe working practices. Deliver reactive and extra work tasks as required, adhering to engineering standards and HASAWA legislation, as well as internal processes. What you'll need to succeed A technical background, mechanically or electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering. Understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment. Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely (or similar) qualification. Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role.
