Job summary
We are partnering with a leading global executive search firm to hire a Research Consultant to support on retained pitches, talent mapping, sourcing, delivery, search, candidate sourcing. Role Overview and Key Responsibilities Talent Mapping & Research: Utilising advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary databases to identify potential candidates and "multipliers" (industry experts for recommendations). Strategy Development: Working closely with consultants to understand client briefs, define search parameters, and build longlists/shortlists of qualified candidates. Headhunting & Engagement: Directly reaching out to passive talent to build trust and assess their suitability for high-level positions. Market Intelligence: Providing insights into industry talent landscapes and competitor organisations. Key Responsibilities and Experience Required: 1- 3 + years experience in a similar role or environment, search background or in-house corporate /internship Completed Degree /or Experience/Qualification Additional Language would be an advantage to work with their Europe Clients on retained searches and pitches Please reach out to to discuss this role and opportunity in more detail
