In-House Gas Engineer / Plumber Location: London & M25 Salary: Circa £50,000 + benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumber to join a growing in-house maintenance team supporting a large residential property portfolio across London. The role involves delivering day-to-day plumbing and gas maintenance, including reactive works, planned repairs and emergency call-outs within occupied residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Domestic plumbing repairs and installations (toilets, taps, pipework, bathrooms) Boiler breakdowns, servicing and boiler installations Emergency maintenance (leaks, bursts, heating failures) Completion of gas, warranty, benchmark and building regulation paperwork Supporting small refurbishments (bathrooms/kitchens) General maintenance and occasional basic multi-trade tasks when required Maintaining a professional and respectful approach in tenants’ homes Essential Requirements: Gas Safe Registered CCN1 qualification (and relevant domestic appliance categories) Proven experience installing and replacing domestic boilers All gas qualifications fully in date Strong domestic plumbing experience DBS check required Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel across London Flexible, reliable and proactive “can-do” attitude What’s on Offer: Stable, long-term employed position (not subcontract) Company van provided Materials purchased via company accounts (expenses reimbursed if needed) 20 days holiday + bank holidays Consistent workload within London only Supportive in-house environment with varied work This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer/Plumber seeking security, variety and long-term progression within a reputable property management business.
