Maintenance Electrician Location: Washington Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Project Dependent) The Opportunity We are working on behalf of a growing and ambitious engineering business that specialises in robotics, machinery installation, and industrial projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time-served Maintenance Electrician to join a company where no two days are the same, working on a variety of installation, commissioning and project-based work. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of robotic and automated machinery Electrical installation including rewiring and control panel work Fault finding on PLC systems Supporting project delivery across industrial environments Carrying out maintenance and installation work to a high standard Assisting with basic mechanical fitting (desirable) Skills & Experience Time-served Electrical Engineer / Electrician NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience within industrial or manufacturing environments Strong fault-finding ability, including PLCs Ability to work independently and hit the ground running Flexible approach to working hours (project-based work, including some weekends) What's on Offer £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary Company vehicle (potential for personal use) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Day-based role with varied project work Opportunity to work with modern automation and robotics Clear progression within a growing business
