Labourer / Bricklayer's Mate Location Liverpool (North West) Job Type Temporary Job Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Bricklayer's Mate to join a busy construction site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will support bricklayers and site trades, assist with materials, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role is ideal for someone with site experience who is physically fit, dependable, and keen to progress within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Assisting bricklayers with day-to-day tasks Mixing mortar to the correct consistency Loading and unloading bricks, blocks, and materials Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe Moving materials around site as required Supporting general site labouring duties Following health & safety procedures at all times Taking instructions from site supervisors and tradesmen Requirements Valid CSCS Card (essential) Previous experience as a labourer or bricklayer's mate preferred Good understanding of site health & safety Physically fit and capable of manual handling Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work well as part of a team Desirable (but not essential) Experience working on residential or commercial builds PPE (Safety boots, hi-vis & helmet) What We Offer Steady work with reputable contractors Competitive pay rates Opportunity for ongoing work Potential progression for the right candidate How to Apply Please apply with your CV or contact details.
