Production Operative - Manufacturing Shifts: Rotating 6-2 and 2-10 Location: [Irlam] Salary: [£12.21 per hour] About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Operatives to join our busy signage team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You'll work across multiple departments, gaining experience in all stages of the signage manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities You'll be involved in a variety of production tasks, including: Print Department Operating large-format printers Preparing artwork and materials for print Ensuring colour accuracy and print quality Fabrication Assisting with the construction of signage components Using hand tools and workshop machinery Following technical drawings and build specifications Mounting & Laminating Mounting printed graphics onto various substrates Laminating prints to required finishes Maintaining a clean, dust-free working area Sewing Operating industrial sewing machines for banner finishing Hemming, stitching, and reinforcing materials Dispatch Packing finished products safely and accurately Labelling, organising, and preparing orders for delivery Working with the dispatch team to meet deadlines What We're Looking For Previous experience in signage, print, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills across multiple departments Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with rotating shifts Shift Pattern 06:00-14:00 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly.
