Specialist Cleaner Full-Time | £30,000 + Overtime + Monthly Bonus | Training Provided An established specialist cleaning provider is looking to recruit a hands-on, reliable Specialist Cleaner to join their expanding team. This is a varied and rewarding role involving high-level cleaning, commercial deep cleaning, and specialist trauma/biohazard work. If you enjoy reactive work, different environments, and a role where no two days are the same, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities High-level cleaning using lifts and access equipment (full training provided) Specialist biohazard, trauma and occasionally death-scene cleaning Commercial and industrial deep cleans across retail, warehouse and office environments Safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with strict protocols Flood and sewage clean-ups, fire damage cleans and restoration tasks Graffiti removal, jet washing, gutter clearing and pigeon waste removal House/hoarder clearances and general reactive cleaning Working as part of a small team or independently depending on the job Attending reactive callouts, often within a 4-hour window About You Previous cleaning experience (commercial, industrial or specialist) Comfortable with working at height IPAF licence is an advantage, but training is available Able to work flexibly and respond to reactive workloads Professional, reliable, discreet and able to handle sensitive environments Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, demanding work Full UK driving licence & experience driving a van Must have been educated in the UK to GCSE or A-Level standard Must speak fluent English due to the nature of the work What’s On Offer £30,000 salary Monthly profit-related bonus Fully funded training including IPAF and specialist cleaning certification PPE, equipment and all safety training provided Varied, interesting work with genuine progression Supportive management team with a clear “look after each other” ethos Working Hours & Expectations This is a reactive role , with work varying day to day. Most shifts are between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work may be required Travel is typically within 90 minutes 4-hour call-out rota applies You must be comfortable with the nature of reactive cleaning and the unpredictability that comes with it.
