Multi Skilled – Plumber £39,427.16 per annum Greater Manchester Full-Time - Working 39 hours per week across all of Greater Manchester + Required to work on on-call Rota approx 1 week in six. This role will help us to do this by providing a fantastic service to our customers whilst making sure our homes are well maintained for customers. We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to deliver a professional multi-skilled plumber service that consistently provides a high-quality customer experience. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in full compliance with health & safety legislation and organisation standards, whilst always maintaining a courteous and customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include: Deliver a high quality customer experience whilst carrying out a range of plumbing works within customers’ homes and vacant properties Update PDA systems accurately and in real time to reflect job progress Liaise with planners when customers are unavailable or work cannot be completed. Be able to operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidance Support and supervise apprentices as and when required, ensuring they work safely and meet required standards of workmanship What are we looking for? Demonstratable experience in a secondary trade (namely tiling and/or bathroom fitting) Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing Experience working in a similar role within the industry Be able to work with multiple trades within the domestic sector Experience in diagnosing issues and prioritising work effectively Full valid driving license.
