Job summary
Scaffolder Experienced Part 1, Part 2 and Advanced Scaffolders and Scaffold Labourers are required to join a growing team covering locations throughout Tayside, Fife, Perthshire, and Aberdeenshire, supporting new build housing sites with system scaffold erection and dismantling. If you’ve also worked in the following roles, we’d also like to hear from you: Scaffold Erector, Industrial Scaffolder, Construction Scaffolder, Scaffold Labourer, Access Scaffolder SALARY: Rates of Pay are on a Price Work Basis (measured rates) PLEASE NOTE: The company offers enhanced rates of pay on productivity . The majority of their scaffolders earn well in excess of what they would on comparable CIJC hourly pay. Transport to site is provided. Travel time is payable at CIJC rates. LOCATION: Working sites across Tayside, Fife, Perthshire, and Aberdeenshire JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Scaffolder to join projects across Tayside, Fife, Perthshire, and Aberdeenshire. As a Scaffolder you will be responsible for the erection and dismantling of system scaffold structures on new build housing sites. The Scaffolder will play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards and supporting site operations. DUTIES Your duties as the Scaffolder include: Erecting Scaffolding Structures: Safely assemble system scaffold in line with site specifications Dismantling Scaffolding: Remove scaffold structures efficiently and in accordance with health and safety regulations Site Compliance: Follow all site rules, safety inspections and risk assessments Supporting Industrial Projects : Provide access solutions for new build housing environments Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and site teams to ensure project deadlines are met Maintaining Equipment: Inspect and maintain scaffolding materials and components CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS CISRS Part 1, Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder qualification Previous experience in scaffolding, erection and dismantling Experience with system scaffold Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites Ability to work effectively within a team environment Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work Willingness to work on sites across Tayside, Fife, Perthshire, and Aberdeenshire HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
