Job title - Carpenter - Void properties Locations - Across the north of Hampshire Salary - £33,000 - £38,000 + great benefits We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our Clients Property Services team who are working on returning void properties back to a lettable standard. You’ll carry out a mix of carpentry work in empty homes and occupied properties, delivering high-quality repairs and upgrades. Your core carpentry tasks will include: All aspects of 1st & 2nd fix carpentry Installing internal & external doors, frames, and windows Architraves, skirts UPVC repairs and installations Kitchen installations and minor joinery Fencing repairs and installations (panels, posts, feather edge, chain link) replacing and updating door furniture and locks Ideally you will be a qualified Carpenter of have approx. 5 years of similar experience, have a full UK driving licence & happy to drive a van, good health & safety awareness and a team focussed attitude.
