Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative Location: West Sussex (Crawley area) Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Full Time) Found Industrial are recruiting for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution and installation business based in West Sussex. The company operates within a busy logistics and warehouse environment supplying specialist building and construction products to customers across the South East. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are delivered safely and on time while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a varied position combining regional driving with warehouse responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, being on the road, and contributing to a close-knit team environment. This is not a parcel delivery role. Deliveries involve larger products and require drivers who are comfortable with manual handling and working independently at delivery locations. The Role • Delivering products to customers across the South East and surrounding regions • Checking vehicles are loaded correctly before leaving the warehouse • Loading and unloading larger products and components safely • Carrying out deliveries where customers may not always be present on site • Responsible for unloading products at delivery locations when required • Assisting the warehouse team with preparing vehicles for the next day’s deliveries • Supporting general warehouse duties including organisation and housekeeping • Ensuring company vehicles are kept clean and well maintained • Providing a professional and helpful experience when interacting with customers Requirements • Full UK driving licence with a clean record (up to 3 points considered) • Experience driving within the South East region • Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling • Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic • Good communication skills and a professional attitude • Ability to work independently while also supporting a wider team Preferred Experience • Experience delivering building materials, construction products or similar goods • Background in trade distribution, builders merchants, or warehouse-based delivery roles • Comfortable handling larger items rather than parcel-style deliveries • Experience planning routes and managing regional deliveries What’s on Offer • Permanent full-time position • Monday to Friday working pattern • Structured delivery routes and planned daily schedules • Employer pension contribution scheme • Paid holiday allowance • Supportive and friendly working environment • Full training provided If you’re someone who enjoys a hands-on role combining driving and warehouse work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing business within a supportive team environment.
