Commercial Electrician Chelmsford Competitive Salary & Benefits eSmart Networks is looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to install, test, and commission electrical systems, including EV chargers from 7kW to 350kW. You will support HV substation projects, conduct technical site surveys, maintain materials and van stock, and ensure all work meets design specifications, RAMS, and health & safety standards. What you will be doing Installation of electrical distribution equipment and EV chargers Testing and commissioning of single-phase and 3-phase systems Assisting with project planning and liaising with operations Conducting technical site surveys and operating IT systems for reporting Ensuring timely upload of project certifications and paperwork Maintaining compliance with health & safety procedures and onsite RAMS What we are looking for 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2357 (NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation) & 2391 or equivalent inspection & Testing Minimum 5 years’ electrical installation experience EUSR/ECS cards; City & Guilds 2919 and SSSTS desirable Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems, BS7671, and electrical design drawings Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented with excellent customer service Ability to work away from home when required Our benefits Competitive Salary Attractive Holiday Allowance Wellbeing Service Enhanced Parental Leave Long Service Award Volunteering Scheme Buy Additional Holiday And much more...
