Electrical Improver Required - Retrofit Project Location: Oxford, OX4 4UY Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday We are currently looking for an Electrical Improver to support a retrofit electrical project based in Oxford. The RoleWorking alongside qualified electricians, you will assist with electrical installation works within an existing and partially occupied building. Duties will include: Installation of PVC conduit and containment systems Pulling, dressing, and securing cables Assisting with installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Assisting with installation and wiring of sensors and control devices Working safely in occupied areas with minimal disruption to residents Maintaining clean and safe work areas Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience as an Electrical Improver ECS card preferred Working towards NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Good understanding of basic electrical installation practices Experience with conduit, containment, and cabling Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude What We Offer Steady Monday to Friday work Well-organised project and supportive site team Opportunity to gain further experience on retrofit works If you are an Electrical Improver looking for consistent work on a professional site, we would like to hear from you.
