Job summary

Resolve Recruitment are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager, to represent and work for a genuine market leading brand in the UK, and the largest manufacturer and supplier in their product sector. The role of Area Sales Manager will require you to sell to and deal with Concrete and Pre-cast products, promoting to Housebuilder and Groundworker clients, as well as into National and Independent Builders Merchants across the South East region. Basic Salary upto £40k plus annual bonus of circa £10k, £5k car allowance only, home office setup, 22 days holiday and other benefits THE ROLE: External sales role, home based to cover South East region – Essex, London, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent Selling the company's manufactured range of Concrete, Precast, Heavyside products Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development Selling into Local/Regional Housebuilders, approved contractors such as groundworkers, as well as National and Independent Builders Merchants across the region, carrying out trade mornings, exhibitions, demonstrations etc to curate and maintain strong relationships, and ensuring products are stocked. Sales Support team to assist in quote and lead generation THE CANDIDATE; Ideally you will have experience of selling a relatable building or construction product such as Concrete, Bricks, Blocks, Aggregates, Drainage, Timber, Insulation You must be living on in the region mentioned above Must have sold a building product in an external sales role A relationship builder, energetic and enthusiastic, with capable administration skills THE REMUNERATION: Basic salary is upto £40’000 per annum dependent on experience.
