We’re Hiring – Estimator (Civils & Groundworks)  Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their Civils & Groundworks team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual who understands the technical and financial aspects of pricing civil engineering and groundworks packages. The role will involve: • Preparing detailed and competitive tenders • Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation • Identifying and pricing risk appropriately • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors • Supporting value engineering opportunities • Assisting in handover to delivery teams We are looking for someone who: • Has solid experience estimating civils and groundworks projects • Understands buildability and site sequencing • Is commercially aware and detail focused • Can work independently and take ownership of tenders • Wants to grow with a progressive contractor This client offers a strong pipeline of work, a supportive environment, and genuine opportunity for progression within a growing business.
