The Role: A ‘Club manager’ who can look after the property as if it is their own Responsibility driving sales, standards and service. Grow Membership base to achieve the financial budget Ensuring the product provided is at a premium level, every time Mange a small team, motivate and lead from the front Drive sales and manage costs Developing the team around you to company standard and high brand standards The Person: Driven, dynamic and service-motivated character with excellent people skills. Genuinely enjoys working in service industry and developing others Confident individuals with previous sales experience Hands on operational experience Managers who can think on their feet and drive for results!
