Fabricator A well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on a variety of bespoke and production-based projects. Key Responsibilities Fabrication of components and assemblies using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium MIG/TIG welding to a high standard Interpreting engineering drawings and working to precise tolerances Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, grinders, and hand tools Completing builds from start to finish, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment Experience & Skills Required Proven background as a Fabricator/Welder within an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience beneficial) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Permanent, full-time position with long-term stability Opportunities for training, development, and progression Supportive team culture within a respected engineering business
