Job Description: Are you are Welder/Fabricator looking for a new opportunity in 2026? If so our client located in Braintree is growing their team! Location: Braintree Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 15:45PM Pay rate: £20 per hour Industry: Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Steel Fabricator/Welder to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established manufacturing company that values quality and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG or MAG welding to a high standard. To have an understanding of relevant welding requirements and standards as far as the fabrication of the material is concerned Analyse and work to shop drawings Marking out and setting out of materials Adjustment and modification of components where necessary. To produce accurate and neat work Operate press drills, iron workers/punches and guillotine To use initiative to progress the work and solve problems Other duties appropriate to the level of this role. Requirements: Proven experience in MIG or MAG welding. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
