Multi-Trade Operative Location: Gloucestershire Salary: £36,000 per year Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week, 8:00am – 4:30pm) Holidays: 23 days per year About the Role: Our client is a reputable maintenance contractor working with social housing clients, and they’re looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to join their team. You will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties, covering a wide range of work including kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, painting, patch plastering, basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties safely and efficiently Complete work to a high standard across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering Maintain a professional and courteous approach when working in tenants’ homes Use company tools, van, and fuel card responsibly Report any issues or further works needed to your supervisor Requirements: Proven experience as a multi-trade operative or carpenter Ability to work across a variety of trades (carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication skills and professional attitude Full UK driving licence Benefits: Competitive salary of £36,000 per year 23 days annual leave Company van and fuel card Permanent full-time position with a supportive team environment
