We’re recruiting Grasscutters / Grounds Maintenance Operatives to support a Housing Association across the Plymouth area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a friendly team, and delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to residents and neighbourhoods. What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day duties will include a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks such as: Grass cutting and strimming across housing estates and communal areas Hedge trimming, shrub maintenance and general grounds upkeep Litter picking and ensuring outdoor spaces remain clean and safe Planting trees, flowers and seasonal plants Supporting wider landscaping and environmental improvement projects Using a range of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment including strimmer’s, mowers, blowers Travelling between sites with crew / equipment (company vehicle provided during work hours) What We’re Looking For Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or similar outdoor work is essential A full UK driving licence (essential) Someone reliable, hardworking and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good awareness of health & safety Why Apply?
