Job summary
Our client is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider. The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets. Duties: To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns. Examples of works, replacing taps, toilet seats, replacing lighting & lamping, painting & decorating, fire alarm tests etc Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and Maintenance Technician duties. Requirements: Experience of working in a commercial environment Ability to collaborate with team members Multi-tasking duties Good IT Skills Benefits: Salary of up to £28,000 Training provided 25 Days annual leave Other company benefits
