Construction Site Cleaner – Immediate Start (Hereford & Surrounding Villages) £13.00–£14.00 per hour | Part-time | Ongoing Work | No Experience Needed An established contractor within the construction support sector is expanding its cleaning team across several new-build sites in the Hereford area. With multiple developments underway in nearby villages, we are looking for reliable individuals who can work flexibly across different local locations. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting consistent, long-term work with training and PPE fully provided. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual workers Physically fit and comfortable with manual cleaning tasks Able to follow on-site safety rules Happy to work independently Flexible with working hours Willing to travel to nearby sites (driver preferred unless local) Why Apply? Immediate start available Hours expected to increase from May as projects progress Ongoing work on a long-term development (approx. 2–3 years) Training, induction, and full PPE provided Additional sites launching across Herefordshire throughout the year ** Role Details** Start date: ASAP Hours: Initially 6 hours per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Future hours: Increasing up to around 12 hours per week as workload grows Shifts: Flexible between 8am–4pm Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour Locations: Multiple new-build sites in Hereford and surrounding villages Requirements A CSCS Card is needed — fully funded for the right candidate Ability to travel to different local sites Good level of physical fitness Positive, reliable attitude Cleaning experience not essential but desirable
