In this role, you will support and coach apprentices through their Electrical Installation qualifications. You will manage your own caseload, carry out progress reviews, support learners with their portfolios, and work closely with employers to ensure apprentices develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed. The role is highly flexible, with hybrid working and only occasional visits to the college. The ideal candidate will be a Level 2+ qualified Electrician with 18th Edition, ideally holding an AM2 and with industry experience. No assessing experience is required, as full training including CAVA will be provided. You should be a strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting others.
