In this position, you will guide and mentor apprentices working towards Electrical Installation standards. You will oversee a designated learner group, complete progress assessments, assist with evidence collection, and liaise with employers to ensure apprentices gain the required competencies, knowledge, and behaviours. The role offers a high degree of flexibility, combining remote working with occasional on-site visits. The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or higher electrical qualification along with the 18th Edition, with AM2 being advantageous, and possess solid industry experience. Prior assessing experience is not essential, as full support and qualifications such as CAVA will be provided. You will need to be an effective communicator with a motivated and supportive approach.
