Electrical Trainer/Assessor (Full Training Provided) Radstock, Somerset £26,000 - £35,000 + Teacher Training + 40+ Days Holiday + 28% Pension + Progression Are you a qualified Electrician looking to step off the tools and start a career in training and assessing? This is a fantastic opportunity to become an Electrical Trainer & Assessor, helping apprentices and full-time learners develop essential skills for the industry - with full training and teaching qualifications provided. This college has an excellent reputation for technical training and is growing its apprenticeship provision to meet increasing demand. In this role, you'll deliver practical and classroom teaching to Level 1-3 learners, both at college and in the workplace. You'll also assess apprentices on-site, track their progress, and help prepare them for End Point Assessments. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and a passion for developing others. Full training and support are provided. The Role *Deliver Electrical Installation theory and practical teaching (L1-L3) *Assess apprentices in college and in the workplace *Provide progress reviews and personalised learning plans *Work with a supportive team across both the college campus and employer sites The Person *NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) *Industry experience as an Electrician *Commutable to Radstock and surrounding areas Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
