Job summary
Due to continual growth our client is recruiting additional electricians and mates to undertake electrical work, including solar PV / battery storage installations, commercial and light industrial projects. Benefits: 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays Travel (after 30 minutes) paid at normal hourly rate Overtime available Use of company vehicle with fuel for company use paid for via fuel card Company uniform Opportunities for progression As an Electrician and mate, you will be responsible for: Undertaking electrical installations and repairs domestic, commercial Modular building electrical work Electrical rewires Wiring upgrades, minor works repairs as required Fault finding Installation of solar PV and battery storage Installation of EV chargers Working with other members of our Electrical team Testing and commissioning of electrical installations The ideal candidate will have: Experience working as a fully qualified Electrician or mate Experience working in occupied and unoccupied properties A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations The ability to plan and organise where required A Fully qualified Electrician accredited with the following (or equivalent): - A completed electrical apprenticeship City & Guilds 236 (part 1 and 2) A valid driving licence and the ability to drive a company van A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations Desirable City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) City & Guilds 2391 (inspection & testing) Previous experience installing solar PV and battery storage (training provided where needed)
