Temporary Electrician - York (YO41) Location: York (YO41) Duration: 2-3 weeks Start Date: Tuesday 26th May Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Rate: Negotiable (PAYE only) We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician for a short-term contract based in York (YO41), supporting ongoing works within a commercial maintenance environment. Role Responsibilities: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Installation works including power, lighting, and small upgrades Fault finding and rectification across commercial systems Minor remedial works following inspections and testing Ensuring all work is completed in line with current electrical regulations and site standards Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Strong electrical installation knowledge Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Key Details: Start from Tuesday 26th May 2-3 week contract Full-time hours (8:00am - 4:30pm) PAYE only (no CIS or self-employed payment options available) Weekly pay via Hays payroll Apply: If you are available and interested, please get in touch: Call: Email: If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
