Your Roles and Responsibilities While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to: Carrying out commercial electrical installations Performing consumer unit upgrades and full or partial rewires Fault finding, diagnostics, and testing of electrical systems Installation of lighting, power systems, and smart home/automation solutions Working independently or as part of a wider project team Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in full compliance with current regulations (BS7671) Completing certification, job sheets, and associated project documentation Maintaining safe working practices at all times on site What You Will Need To Apply Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: JIB Gold Card Electrician NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent qualification) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) Full UK Driving Licence Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good communication skills with a customer-facing approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented approach to work Desirable (Preferred but not essential): City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) Previous experience in both domestic and commercial environments Experience or interest in smart home systems such as Control4 and/or KNX Experience with EV charger installations or home automation systems Strong interest in emerging smart technology and electrical innovation What You Will Get In Return: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated electrician looking to develop their skills in modern electrical systems, including smart home and automation technologies, while working on a wide range of varied and interesting projects.
