Electrician – Solar PV & EV | Redditch | £42,000–£50,000 + Company Car Are you a qualified electrician with hands-on solar PV experience looking for a permanent role with a company that's actually going places? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing electrical contractor in Redditch who are expanding their renewable energy team. This isn't a big corporate — it's a tight-knit, motivated team doing quality work across solar, EV and domestic electrical installations. The package: £42,000 – £50,000 depending on experience Company car Company pension Sick pay Full-time, permanent The role: You'll be out on the road every day installing and commissioning Solar PV systems, EV charging points and carrying out domestic rewires. No two days are the same. You'll have your own company car, a clear set of jobs, and a team behind you that knows what they're doing. What you need: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition BS7671 Hands-on Solar PV installation experience Full UK driving licence 2+ years post-qualification experience Nice to have: 2391 Inspection & Testing 2919 EV Charging qualification BPEC Solar Location : Redditch and surrounding areas.
