Static Maintenance Electrician Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a stable, site-based role with a leading Facilities Management provider? We are seeking a skilled professional to join an established team delivering high-quality maintenance services at a prestigious, high-security site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who values technical variety, professional development, and a supportive working environment. The Offer Salary: £ per annum.(DOE) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week). Schedule: Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities PPM & Reactive Works,Execute electrical planned preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair faults across a wide range of systems. Conduct routine testing and servicing of plant equipment, including motors, control panels, switchgear, and lighting. Perform statutory inspections, including Fixed Wire Testing and PAT , maintaining meticulous records. Ensure all works align with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and Health & Safety legislation. Requirements Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent). Valid 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification. Proven experience in commercial or industrial maintenance environments. Interested? Apply with your updated CV.
