Groundworker – Responsive Maintenance Wirral / Ellesmere Port/ Cheshire West (10-20 miles radius) £33,565 + Progression opportunities + Company Van & Fuel Card + Benefits Permanent full time 8am to 4.30pm (with flexibility) Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Groundworker to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering essential works across social housing properties. Long-term, stable work – Within social housing Company van & fuel card provided Autonomy in your role – trusted to manage your workload Supportive supervisors and team environment Progression opportunities – into multi trade roles Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Groundworker Carrying out general groundworks across social housing properties Brickwork, concreting, and tarmacking Venting and external repair works Working across multiple sites as a mobile/ transient worker Using a PDA/ mobile device to manage jobs and schedules Completing works in line with schedule of rates Liasing with customers, Site Supervisors and colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently What You’ll Need as our Groundworker Time served experience ground working Proven ability to carry out a range of construction and groundwork tasks Experience working within social housing (Desirable) Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs Comfortable using a PDA Mobile device for job management Full UK driving license What to Expect Company van, uniform & equipment provided Structured onboarding with a shadowing period Early support – You won’t be expected to hit the ground running alone Opportunities to progress into senior or foreman roles Why Join Liberty?
