Your new company We're recruiting a Groundworks Labourer for a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established civics contractor operating across North Wales. This is an excellent chance to secure stable employment with progression and training opportunities. Your new role Supporting groundworkers and site teams on civil/water infrastructure projects Assisting with excavation, trenching, reinstatement and general site preparation. Operating a small plant and tools (training can be provided where required) Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and compliant with site procedures Helping with installation of ducting, pipework, chambers and drainage Supporting reinstatement work, including kerbing, concreting, and backfilling.
