What's in it for you? £ salary + regular overtime Full-time, 40-hour contract Pension scheme & BIGGA membership Free meals on shift & free parking Uniform and PPE provided Ongoing training and development opportunities Your role As an Assistant Greenkeeper/Landscape Gardener, you'll support the day-to-day presentation of the course: Maintain greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough to high standards Set up the course for daily play including hole positions and markers Operate machinery safely (mowers, tractors, blowers) Assist with fertilising, topdressing, and course treatments Support irrigation, drainage, and renovation projects Carry out general landscaping and presentation duties What we're looking for Passion for outdoor work and course presentation Positive attitude, reliable, and strong team player Ability to work in all weather conditions and varied terrain Experience in turf care, landscaping, or horticulture (desirable) NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf or equivalent (or working towards) PA1, PA2, PA6 or similar qualifications (advantageous) Experience with irrigation systems or heathland restoration (desirable) Must be based locally to Woking with own transport Why join?
