Landscapers / Grafters / General Operatives Location: Melton Mowbray Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:00pm Weekly Hours: 45 hours Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm for the right candidates We are recruiting Landscapers / Grafters / General Operatives to join a well-established landscaping company. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role suited to hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and early starts. Key Responsibilities: General landscaping and groundwork duties Digging and manual labour Assisting with landscaping projects Working as part of a site team to meet deadlines Requirements: Previous experience working outdoors Comfortable with physical, labour-intensive work Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to start early (6:30am) This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term work available for the right candidate.
