Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Manufacturing Matlock | £53,000 p/y | Days & Nights Shifts: • Week 1: Days & Nights – 48 hrs • Week 2: Days – 36 hrs • Week 3: Nights – 36 hrs • 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am • 1 in 3 Saturdays – No other weekends! Benefits: • Up to 7% Company Pension • 6x Life Assurance • Company Sick Pay • Westfield Health Cash Plan • Long Service Recognition – 15, 25 & 40 Years • Option to take 1 week additional unpaid leave • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave Responsibilities: • Work safely within all risk assessments, training and site procedures • Attend breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance from CMMS • Complete scheduled and condition-based PPMs What We’re Looking For: • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering • 3+ years’ experience post-apprenticeship in a manufacturing setting • Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role This role is commutable from: Matlock, Bakewell, Chesterfield, Ashbourne and other areas Suited candidates previously hold roles such as: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Craftsman, Maintenance Engineer
