We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to deliver exceptional finishes across our portfolio, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. The Role As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality interior and exterior decorating works across a range of properties. You will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic standards of our estates, ensuring all finishes meet a premium level Key Responsibilities Carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating across multiple properties Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, priming, and ensuring high-quality finishes Hang and line wallpaper, calculating required materials accurately Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, windowsills, and skirting boards Carry out specialist finishes such as varnishing or French polishing where required Support other trades to ensure a seamless and high-standard finish across projects Follow all health and safety regulations, including COSHH and working at height Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rota when required Complete additional tasks as requested within the scope of the role What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional with: NVQ or City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and decorating techniques Experience in both residential and high-end/luxury environments (desirable) A full, clean UK driving licence The ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and decorating equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work What We Offer A supportive and professional work environment.
